Return Policy:
We are committed to providing you with a superior product and complete satisfaction. We want you or your gift recipient to be delighted with your Pookabokit bag. If for some reason you are not thrilled with your purchase, you will have 15 days, from the date you received the item to return. Refunds or exchanges are accepted for all products. No shipping charges will be refunded. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Used items will not be accepted. Please be careful to return your item as you received it. Damaged items will not be refunded. Once we receive your package, we will email to let you know that we have received the item and issue a refund or send out your exchange.
Shipping Charges:
We ship our products through USPS. An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order and payment are received. Pookabokit bags are shipped within three (3) business days of receipt of order and payment. We can not be held responsible for packages that may get lost or damaged. Please include in the comment box if you would like to add insurance to your shipping cost.
